Our factory is open Monday-Thursday (ex. bank holidays and the Christmas holiday period), orders can only be despatched during factory opening hours. We aim to despatch all orders placed online before 12 noon the same day or next working day if the item is in stock. If your item is out of stock we will contact you and provide an estimated delivery date. The same conditions apply for large or personalised orders. If your delivery is time sensitive, please check before placing your order. If you have a particular day you would like your order delivered please get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Most orders will be delivered by Parcelforce on a 24hr-48hr service. This allows us to track your order and obtain a proof of delivery if required. If you have any issues locating or receiving your order please let us know and we will do our best to assist you. Alternatively if you require tracking details for your order on despatch, please let us know and we can supply these to you.
All orders placed online are subject to delivery and VAT. Once your basket is finalised and your delivery address has been submitted on the checkout page, an accurate delivery price is calculated and presented for your approval, prior to any payment being taken. For pallet orders or deliveries outside of the UK please contact us directly for a quotation.
