Why we value your privacy
We value your privacy as much as we do our own, so we’re committed to keeping your personal and business information safe. We’ll ask for only the bare minimum from our customers. We’ll never use your personal information for any reason other than why you gave it, and we’ll never give anyone access to it unless we’re forced to by law.
What information do we collect about you?
We collect information about you when you register with us or place an order for our products or services. When you contact us by email, phone or through our website, we collect your name, email address, phone number and the company you work for, if supplied, to allow us to reply to your enquiry. We collect your email address when you sign up for one of our newsletters by clicking the tick box in our website contact form.
How will we use the information about you?
We collect information about you to process your order, manage your account and, if you agree, to email you about other products and services we think may be of interest to you.
When you buy something from us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, order details and a delivery/invoice address. If you do business with us, we also collect your business name and payment details and keep records of the invoices we send you and the payments you make.
We will not sell your information on to third parties
We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
However we may pass on your information to our third party service providers, for the purposes of completing tasks and providing services to you on our behalf (for example to process payments, or to mail you our newsletter.) We only disclose the personal information that is necessary to deliver the service. We will not release your information to third parties for them to use for their own direct marketing purposes. We use a secure online payment processor, who specialises in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions.
What we use your information for
We would like to send you information about products, services and promotions that may be of interest to you. If you have consented to receive marketing, you may opt out at a later date. We might also email or phone you about our products and services, but if you tell us not to, we won’t get in touch again. We will use your information to send you invoices, statements, or reminders.
You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Who has access to information about you
When we store information in our own systems, only the people who need it have access. Our management team have access to everything you’ve provided, but individual employees have access to only what they need to do their job.
Changes to the policy
If we change the contents of this policy, those changes will become effective the moment we publish them on our website.
